BUSINESS MODEL AND PRODUCT ORIGIN
BStore UK operates using a sales intermediation model.
The products in the catalog (skincare, body care, and cosmetics) are shipped directly from partner suppliers and manufacturers located abroad to the address registered by the customer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Processing: The timeframe for order picking, packing, and dispatch is 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: As this involves direct international shipping, the estimated delivery time ranges from 10 to 25 business days; variations may occur due to postal procedures and customs clearance.
Tracking: All purchases come with a tracking code sent via email as soon as the merchandise is dispatched.
CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
Imported products are subject to customs inspection and the potential application of taxes or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the payment of any customs fees and taxes is the buyer's responsibility and must be settled with the relevant authorities.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDER DETAILS

BStore UK is not liable for delivery failures resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address or the absence of the recipient at the location. 6. Exchange, Cancellation, and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal: Customers may request a return and a refund of the amount paid within 7 calendar days of product collection, provided the item remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging (due to hygiene and sanitary safety reasons).
Damaged or Defective Products: Should the product arrive damaged or incorrect, the buyer must contact support within 48 hours of collection, providing photos and videos of the received item for review and replacement.
